BUT....

there have been 16 years of global temperature standstill (according to Watts and his sources). So what stopped the Urban heat island effect 16 years ago. Did the population stop growing? Were no more carparks/roads/offices built?

We need to be told!

 

 Watts and co seem to sometimes believe in temperature increase due to UHI and sometimes to suggest that there is no increase.
